Sixteen properties and parcels of land will be sold at our Collective Property & Land Auction this Friday, September 26th.

The auction, which includes homes, commercial properties and parcels of pastureland, is being held at our Battlefield Head Office on Friday, September 26th at 2pm.

Dove Barn, Lighteach Road, Prees, which has planning consent for conversion into four residential dwellings on a site nearing 2.8 acres, has a guide price of £50,000 to £75,000.

The property, which could be kept as agricultural, also offers a useful existing barn that has previously been used for cattle and storage.
