Which areas do you cover for rental properties?
We let properties across Shropshire, Powys and Worcestershire, including Shrewsbury, Telford, Oswestry, Whitchurch, Bishops Castle, Ellesmere, Welshpool, Kidderminster and surrounding towns and villages.
Do you offer both houses and flats to rent?
Yes. We market a wide range of rental properties, including apartments, town houses, family homes, rural cottages and executive lets.
Are you a regulated letting agent?

What checks are required to rent a property?
All tenants must complete referencing, Right to Rent checks and provide suitable identification, credit and employment information, in line with current UK legislation.

A tenancy deposit is usually the equivalent of five weeks’ rent and is protected in a government-approved deposit scheme.
Are there any tenant fees?
Tenant fees are charged in accordance with the Tenant Fees Act. Full details of permitted fees, such as holding deposits and default charges, will be provided before you apply.
Can I arrange accompanied viewings?
Yes. Our lettings team will arrange and attend viewings, answer your questions and provide honest advice on each property.
How long does it take to move in once I find a property?
Timescales vary depending on referencing and legal checks, but we will work with you to make the process as quick as possible, subject to all documentation being completed.
